Charter of good conduct

The MIMSHA Moderation and Good Conduct Charter aims to guarantee a safe, transparent and respectful environment for all users. This charter sets out the guiding principles of behavior and moderation measures put in place to ensure the quality of our community.

Failure to comply with this Charter may result in the deletion of your publications from the platform.

1. The users

Use of the MIMSHA application is reserved for private individuals. Professionals may not use MIMSHA for commercial purposes.

Each user is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information concerning his or her identity. It is important to MIMSHA that other members of the community feel confident in future exchanges.

2. Shipper announcements

The advertisement must be clearly written. Abbreviations should be avoided to make the ad easier to understand for other members.

The photo in the advertisement must correspond to the parcel transported by the Traveller (no photos that do not conform to reality).

It’s recommended to add as much information as possible to the ad (size, fragility, etc.), but it’s forbidden to add personal information (e.g. phone number, home address, etc.) to preserve the security of the transaction and the integrity of the community.

The following images; showing minors or adults; adult content (pornography, nudity, etc.); links to external websites will be automatically deleted by the MIMSHA team. This list is not exhaustive.

3. Voyageurs ads

The advertisement must be clearly written. Abbreviations should be avoided to make the ad easier to understand for other members.

Travelers must be transparent about the details of their ad, but it is forbidden to add personal information, such as telephone numbers or home addresses, in order to preserve the security of the transaction and the integrity of the community.

If a traveler accepts to transport a parcel, he/she must fulfill his/her commitments to the sender. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery of the parcel, the traveler must inform the sender as soon as possible so that reorganization can be made.

The passenger must refuse an advertisement if he is unable to carry it, which will enable the sender to find another passenger.

4. Moderation objectives

Ensure compliance with the application’s terms of use and applicable laws.

Prevent and deal with abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate user behavior.

Preserving the integrity of the community.

Promote constructive dialogue and resolve disputes fairly.

5. Report duplicates, ads and suspicious behavior

Members of the MIMSHA community can report any malicious use of another member’s ads or inappropriate behavior. Reports can be made directly by sending us an e-mail to care@mimsha.app, giving us all the information needed to identify the ad and the member concerned (name, publication, screenshot, etc.).

What is a suspicious ad?

This is an ad that does not comply with the Moderation Charter mentioned in this article.

⚠️ In the event of non-compliance with the Charter

The MIMSHA team reserves the right to remove or suspend a parcel or traveler ad, at any time and without prior notice, without compensation if it is likely to be a duplicate, a false ad, or a suspicious ad.

In the event of a breach of the present charter, the user may be excluded from the MIMSHA application after a warning. Users concerned will be informed by e-mail of moderation actions taken against them, and will have the opportunity to contest decisions.
