Charter of Corporate Behavior

Updated on 11/04/2024

The MIMSHA Moderation and Good Conduct Charter aims to guarantee a safe, transparent and respectful environment for all users. This charter sets out the guiding principles of behaviour and the moderation measures put in place to ensure the quality of our community.

Failure to comply with this Charter may result in the deletion of your publications on the platform.

1. The users

Use of the MIMSHA application is reserved for private individuals. Professionals may not use MIMSHA for commercial purposes.

It is important for MIMSHA that the other members of the community feel confident in future exchanges.

2. Sender advertisements

The advert must be written clearly. Abbreviations should be avoided to make it easier for other members to understand the advert.

The photo in the advert must correspond to the parcel being transported by the Traveller (no photos that do not conform to reality).

It is recommended that as much information as possible be added to the advert (size, fragility, etc.), but it is forbidden to add personal information (e.g. telephone number, home address, etc.) in order to protect the security of the transaction and the integrity of the community.

The following images; showing minors or adults; adult content (pornography, nudity, etc.); links to external websites will be automatically deleted by the MIMSHA team. This list is not exhaustive.

3. Traveller advertisements

The advertisement must be written clearly. Abbreviations should be avoided to make it easier for other members to understand the advert.

Travellers must be transparent about the details of their advert, but it is forbidden to add personal information, such as a telephone number or home address, in order to ensure the security of the transaction and preserve the integrity of the community.

If a traveller agrees to transport a parcel, they must honour their commitments to the sender. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery of the parcel, the traveller must inform the sender as soon as possible so that reorganisation can be made.

The traveller must refuse an advertisement if he/she is unable to transport it, which will enable the sender to find another traveller.

4. Moderation objectives :

To ensure compliance with the application's terms of use and applicable laws.

Prevent and deal with abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour by users.

To preserve the integrity of the community.

Encourage constructive dialogue and resolve disputes fairly.

5. Reporting duplicates, advertisements and suspicious behaviour

Members of the MIMSHA community may report any malicious use of another member's adverts or inappropriate behaviour. You can report this directly by sending us an email to care@mimsha.app, giving us all the information we need to identify the advert and the member concerned (name, publication, screenshot, etc.).

  • What is a duplicate ad?

This refers to several ads identified with the same information (photo, description).

  • What is a suspect ad?

This is an ad that does not comply with the Moderation Charter mentioned in this article.

⚠️ In the event of non-compliance with the Charter

The MIMSHA team reserves the right to remove or suspend a parcel or traveller ad, at any time and without prior notice, without compensation if it is likely to be a duplicate, a false ad, or a suspicious ad.

In the event of a breach of this charter, the user may be excluded from the MIMSHA application after a warning. The users concerned will be informed by e-mail of the moderation actions taken against them and will have the possibility of contesting the decisions.
